This "every two months" thing seems to be working pretty well for the Zepbound updates, so I think I'll stick with the format for 2025. (You know, until I change my mind again, as I am wont to do.)

So here's something I learned about GLP-1 medications about a month ago that I wish I had known sooner: appetite suppression is apparently a side effect (vs an intended result of taking it), and it wears off, typically within 6 months of starting a dosage level...

I really did intend to do this every month, but things always seemed to go haywire that last week, including this month! It's a holiday weekend and I'm home for a change (that would be this month's haywire part; I have a stupid cold and don't want to infect my parents!), so there is unexpected time in my schedule. And also, HOW IS IT ALREADY SEPTEMBER??!!!
